By accessing or using Mocha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mocha. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

When using Mocha, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Share content that violates the rights of others
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Solicit money or commercial services from other users
• Share another user's private information without consent

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of the content you post on Mocha. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. All content must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws.

6. Premium Features & Payments

Mocha offers optional premium features available through in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Safety & Reporting

We encourage users to report any behavior that violates these Terms or makes them feel unsafe. We investigate all reports and may take action including warning, suspending, or permanently banning accounts that violate our policies. However, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mocha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
